Martyn Gimber, Chief Executive

Martyn was appointed as Chief Executive in August 2007. He has over 20 years experience in social housing and has worked for a number of leading housing providers across the country.

Martyn is a qualified accountant and has a real passion for social housing, its customers and bringing commecial business and financial experience to the public sector to improve communities.

Rachael Dennis, Director of Resources

Rachael has been working in social housing for nearly ten years and has been Director of Resources and Company Secretary at North Devon Homes since November 2007.

Rachael is a qualified accountant and fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is currently a Non Executive Director at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust.

She currently holds a role as a Public Appointments Ambassador as part of a programme led by the Government Equalities Office and Cabinet Office to encourage more people to apply for public appointments.

Donna Baddeley, Director of Neighbourhoods

Donna joined North Devon Homes at the beginning of 2009. She has worked for over 20 years in social housing and care with over 10 years at Director level in a traditional Registered Social Landlord, a national charity and a LSVT (Large Scale Voluntary Transfer) Housing Association.

Before joining North Devon Homes Donna spent 5 years working as a consultant on organisational development projects, which helped organisations to improve their performance and succesfully drive them through change.

She is passinate about working with her staff to create the best homes and neighbourhoods for our customers to live in.
