Cleaning
Customers independently carry out cleaning inspections of all communal sites to ensure that a high standard is maintained and identify areas that need improvement, repairs or any additions to the contracts. We also work with customers to discuss money saving ideas and agree specification changes. We are currently reviewing the cleaning contract and working with customers to decide whether we extend the contract or not. Thank you to those who completed the recent cleaning survey.
Grounds Maintenance
Customers monitor the grounds maintenance programme by inspecting completed works to ensure the contract is carried out to our specification. Customer comments are reported to the contractor and district council so that improvements can be made.
Mystery Shopping
We have a team of mystery shoppers who independently assess services from a customer perspective. This enables us to monitor adherence to our service standards, address any staff training needs and make service improvements. At the end of last year our mystery shoppers looked at our reception area – this resulted in a blind for the interview room to make it more private for customers, and a bell from reception through to the customer care team so that during busy times customers do not have to wait to be served.
