What is Devon Homelink?
A small alarm unit is fitted to your telephone giving you help and support at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day. Devon Homelink provides you with immediate access to our friendly, trained staff. All you need to do is press the button on your pendant and our alarm centre will be immediately alerted.
Who is it for?
Devon Homelink may be useful for:
Older or retired people
People living on their own
People with a disability
Vulnerable people (for example those at risk of domestic violence or anti-social behaviour)
Families with a relative living alone may find it reassuring to know that their loved one is able to get help quickly in a crisis and it is often for their peace of mind that an alarm is most valuable.
