North Devon Homes is a Registered Social Landlord that was created to take control of the management of previous North Devon District Council properties which were transferred in February 2000.  We are a not-for-profit organisation, and as such have no shareholders.  Any money received in rents is ploughed straight back into the improvement of homes and the services provided.
