Customer Forum
Who are we?
The Customer Forum is a group of 12 volunteer members who meet monthly to ensure that our customers come first in all that we do. The Forum has adopted a strategic role and can demonstrate real influence. The Forum is involved in the company decision making processes. To this end the Forum has been working closely with both the staff and the Board of Management of the company to make North Devon Homes a company that customers can be proud of and the properties we manage are places that people want to live in.
