Supported Housing
Supported Housing provides management of the company's sheltered housing sites, Community Alarm systems and older people's services. Sheltered housing aims to provide comfortable, convenient and secure accommodation, with support available where required, to older people who wish to continue to live independently.
North Devon Homes has 18 housing schemes specifically designed for older people. Some have facilities such as common rooms and laundries. All sheltered homes are provided with the services of an emergency alarm system that is linked to a 24 hour monitoring centre.

In addition to traditional sheltered housing North Devon Homes is now able to offer similar support services in the form of "Home Support" visits or Devon Homelink Alarm service to anyone living in the North Devon area.
