Introduction
North Devon Homes owns 231 PRC properties across North Devon. These types of property were constructed all across England after the second world war to meet the very urgent need for housing and were built with the technology and methods available at the time. It is recognised that these properties have a limited life span and North Devon Homes are committed to identifying and delivering the best solution for all 231 properties.
