The Asset Management Team at North Devon Homes are committed to looking after your home. The team has two departments that work closely together to ensure that your home is well maintained in order to provide you with a good standard of home and a better quality of life. |
The Planned Maintenance Team are responsible for the long term maintenance of your home and deliver large scale improvements to approximately 1000 properties each year.
The Neighbourhood Repairs Team are responsible for day to day repairs to homes including heating and electrical breakdowns.
