The Planned Maintenance programme of work delivers improvements such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, electrical upgrades and external decorations. You will be contacted ahead of time if your home is part of the programme.
Service Review Group
The Planned Maintenance Service Review Group holds a bi-monthly meeting with customers who receive updates on current progress, discuss a range of issues and are able to influence the Planned Maintenance Service area.
We value our customers' opinions and feedback and provide a Customer Satisfaction Questionaire for every item of work carried out. The results of these are provided to customers, contractors and North Devon Homes' Board of Management to enable continuous improvement.
