What is Devon Home Choice?

Devon Home Choice is a choice based letting scheme that covers the whole of Devon. Council and housing association homes available to let in Devon will be advertised each week. You will be able to bid for homes that meet your needs. Homes will still be offered to those assessed as being in the most need.

How do I join the Devon Home Choice scheme?

If you are not already on a housing register or waiting list you will be able to apply online at the Devon Home Choice website or contact the Housing Options Team on 01271 388870. If you are not able to apply online please speak to your Neighbourhood Officer.
