Pay Your Rent

There are a number of ways to pay your rent:

Online

To find out about paying your rent online click here

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay. Each month your rent will be collected automatically from your bank account. To download a direct debit form please click here. Hand it in to North Devon Homes once completed.

At the Post Office

You can pay at any Post Office using your rent payment card (or swipe card).

Paypoint

From 1st April 2009 - you can pay your rent at any Paypoint outlet using your rent payment card (swipe card).

Payzone

You can pay your rent at selected Payzone outlets using your rent payment card (swipe card).

Debit and Credit Card

We can accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo Maestro and Electron. You can pay in person at our Town Centre Office or Westacott Road Office, or over the telephone by calling the rents office on 01271 312500.

You can also pay using our 24hour debit and credit card payment line. Please have your rent payment card (swipe card) to hand as you will need to quote the reference number on the card. Please call 0844 557 8321 to use this service - please note that this is NOT a freephone number. You will be charged for the call and charge rates will vary depending on your telephone provider.

Standing Order

You can instruct your bank to set up a Standing Order to pay your rent. You will need to amend your Standing Order each time your weekly rent charge changes. You can download a standing order mandate form here. Please hand this in to North Devon Homes once completed.

Cash or Cheque

You can pay by cash or cheque in person, at our Town Centre Office or Westacott Road Office. You can also post a cheque to us, with your rent reference number and name and address. Please do not send cash in the post. You will be issued a receipt for each cash payment you make.

Rent Free Weeks

There are four rent free weeks in 2012/13. These are:

Week beginning 11th March 2013

Week beginning 18th March 2013

Week beginning 25th March 2013

Week beginning 1st April 2013

Request a Rent Statement

If you would like a rent statement posted to you please email rents@ndh-ltd.co.uk giving your full name and address and put "rent statement request" in the email title.
