NDH goes GOLD with Investors in People - 23.03.2011
North Devon Homes is absolutely delighted to announce that it has achieved the “Gold” Investors in People accreditation, meeting 191 of the 196 required criteria.
It is one of only twenty businesses in the south west to win the Gold award and one of only four to have done so at the first assessment.
The UK’s leading people management standard, Investors in People provides a simple and flexible framework helping thousands organisations of all sizes and sectors to improve their business performance.
To date there are 2,000 businesses in the south west with IIP accreditation and of those 20 have Gold, 44 Silver and 72 Bronze.
