NDH launches Reasonable Behaviour Policy - 29.06.2011

We all try and behave reasonably on most occasions. Of course there are times when things happen and sometimes we let our guard down.

While we understand that we all get frustrated, we also know that we give our best service and that you get the best from our staff when we treat each other with courtesy, respect and in a reasonable way.

To support and promote this we have worked with some of our customer groups to develop our reasonable behaviour policy. This sets out how we will act and what we expect from you.
