The Supported Housing team at North Devon Homes (NDH) is celebrating being awarded a 3 year term of accreditation by the Centre of Housing and Support (CHS) for the third time in a row.

The team has successfully met all 10 standards in the CHS Code of Practice for Supported Housing. The 10 standards are associated with providing professional, person-centred, housing-related support services. The team worked alongside customers including the 55+ Forum to put together the evidence required and get ready for the verification visit from the CHS.

 

Debbie Szydlowski, Supported Housing Manager said “We are delighted to receive this award for the third time. The award confirms that the services we are providing for our Supported Housing customers are of the highest quality, are person-centred and are delivered consistently.”
