NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
NORTH DEVON HOMES LTD hereby gives notice that it intends to close and dismantle the existing public play area located in the open space off Gribble Close, Forches Estate in Barnstaple as indicated on the plan below.
This notice is made to allow for the Estate Regeneration Project and to address health and safety concerns while the construction works take place. The notice period is for 28 days commencing Friday 16th December 2011.
