Incorrect digital switchover date sent out by the - 16.01.2009
North Devon Homes would like to make all our customers aware that an incorrect digital switchover date has been included in letters to those in the EX31 postcode area who are eligible for the digital Help Scheme.
The first line of the letter states that the switch over in the area takes place on 8th April 2009; however it actually takes place on 1st July 2009. NDH have spoken to the Help Scheme and they have confirmed the information in their letter is wrong but are unfortunately unable to do anything about it.
The best course of action for people is to visit teletext page 284 to check where they receive their signal from.
