The opinions of our customers are important to us, we want you to let us know if our services are good or bad. If you have any suggestions about how we can improve our services we want to hear them. To help us improve our customer service even more we have also introduced an award scheme for North Devon Homes staff. The Bright Stars scheme rewards staff that have provided an excellent service to our customers. If a member of staff has gone out of their way to help you and you would like to nominate them for an award please tell us. You can pick up a Bright Stars nomination form from our offices or our staff. If you would like to nominate someone by telephone please contact our Customer Care Team on 01271 312500.
Customer Complaints
In other words, in your opinion;
* We have done something badly, or
* We have failed to do something that we should have done.
A complaint is not:
* A request for service
* The initial report of a fault or repair
* A query about a North Devon Homes' policy
* A request for information.
If you would like to know more about our policies and procedures because you feel they have affected you unfairly, we are happy to talk to you about how we can improve them for the future.
The complaints procedure deals with complaints about us and our services, so a complaint about your neighbour would not be dealt with under the procedure. If you have a complaint about your neighbours or neighbourhoods please speak to your Neighbourhood Officer or our Customer Care Team on 01271 312500.
