North Devon Homes is a Registered Social Landlord that was created to take control of the management of previous North Devon District Council properties which were transferred in February 2000.  We currently manage over 3,100 properties. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and as such have no shareholders. Any money received in rents is ploughed straight back into the improvement of homes and the services provided.

Customers can pay their rent online or report a repair using the buttons on the left of the screen. The Customer Services pages provide information on all the services we provide as a landlord and the Get Involved pages explain the role of the Customer Forum and also the ways in which you can get involved in how our services are delivered to you the customer.
