Service Review Group
The Planned Maintenance Service Review Group hold a bi-monthly meeting with customers who receive updates on current progress, discuss a range of issues and are able to influence the Planned Maintenance Service area.
We value our customers opinion and feedback and provide a Customer Satisfaction Questionaire for every item of work carried out. The results of these are provided to customers, contractors and North Devon Homes Board of Management to enable continuous improvement.
