All repairs are carried out by approved contractors. We continuously monitor them to ensure they provide a prompt, high quality and value for money service.
The categories of repairs and response times are as follows:

Right to Repair / Qualifying Repairs
The Government has introduced this scheme to ensure that we carry out certain small, urgent repairs that may affect your health, safety and security.
