North Devon Homes currently has 86 Leaseholders and is committed to providing a high standard of service to its leaseholders. NDH holds leaseholders meetings when requested or needed and a handbook has been produced to:

Clarity the rights and responsibilities of the Company and the leaseholders under the terms of the lease
Explain what charges are payable under the lease and how they are calculated
Provide information on the Company and other useful contacts
Establish and improve communications between the Company and the leaseholders
