Tenant Improvement Grants

If you wish to improve your home North Devon Homes can provide a grant to enable you to do so without incurring a rise in your rent. The grants do not pay for the whole work to be done just for a percentage. Please see the table below for grants available and details of how much the grant will cover. Should you wish to apply for a grant please contact your Housing Officer.

Full written permission is required from North Devon Homes Ltd before you start any work or alterations. Grants are not available if your rent account is in arrears, or if you have a Right to Buy/Acquire application outstanding.
