Your furniture, decorations and other belongings are not automatically insured against theft, fire, vandalism and flooding by North Devon Homes. So, if you haven’t thought about contents insurance we can recommend an affordable scheme.

The insurance premiums start from a few pence a day and various payment methods are available. The policy includes fire, theft, and water damage and provides substantial levels of cover on items from freezer contents to replacement locks.
