Following the Government announcement last night (8th Dec), from Monday more of our staff at Head Office will be working remotely. This change will not affect any customer services and we plan to offer our normal level of service. All visits and repairs appointments will continue as planned and we will ensure all safety measures are followed such as handwashing, mask wearing where required and social distancing.
Our Head Office reception at Westacott Road will remain open during office hours but we would encourage all customers to make appointments with members of staff directly before dropping in as it's possible the team member you need to see may not be in the office at a certain time.

Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 December (Bank Holidays): Closed
Wednesday 29 December to Friday 31 December: 8.30am until 4pm
Saturday 1 (New Year’s Day) and Sunday 2 January: Closed
Monday 3 January (Bank Holiday): Closed
From Tuesday 4 January: 8.30am until 5pm as normal
