Over the next three weeks (14th June until 2nd July) we will be implementing a new computer system at North Devon Homes, which may mean our usual prompt service takes us a little longer than we would like. There will be some dates, listed below, where our telephone and drop in services will be for emergencies only, but you can still report other queries or issues with the team via email, social media or through one of our website forms and someone will get back to you as soon as possible - again, we have listed these below for your information.
The new system being implemented will bring an array of benefits to NDH, our ways of working and to our customers. The system is the first step in our move to be ‘Digital Together’ and opening more ways to reach us as your landlord.
Team NDH will strive to provide as normal a service as possible for all customers, but please bear with us during this period whilst we make these improvements.
Emergency only telephone dates
Please try to avoid calling the team on these dates unless in an emergency - if you do have an emergency you can call us on 0800 9170619 or 01271 312522. You can continue to report repairs, make payments or log a number of other queries using the methods below during these times or try calling us on another day.
