We are pleased to be supporting this year's Scrutiny Week run by Tpas. The week, aimed at showcasing the work that Scrutiny Panels do across the country, hosts a number of events to show the benefits of joining a Scrutiny Group. We wanted to do the same and so asked our panel members about why they joined our very our Panel.
Some of these customers are also members of our other customer involvement groups as well. Our Customers2Customer a group that is set up to support other customers. Our Customer Board Partnership a group who meet every eight weeks with senior management and Board Members to get the voice from the front room to board room. And finally, our Fresh Ideas and All things Digital Groups giving feedback to NDH on various projects throughout the business, from leaflet designing to website content.
