Geoff, a planner by trade, is also employed by Goram Homes, an ethical developer established by Bristol City Council, as Partnership Director, having previously been a senior consultant at Ark Consultancy and a director of development for a London based housing association.
Geoff brings over thirty-five years of experience of delivering complex development and regeneration projects, including successful schemes in North Devon and is regarded as an expert in solving deliverability and viability issues, whilst mitigating risk.
