John Creswell

Appointed 15 May 2023.  Became Chair of the Board on 1 January 2025.

John Creswell is an experienced non-executive director with extensive knowledge of the issues facing complex customer facing organisations. He brings in-depth experience of housing, and community regeneration gained through his executive roles and from having advised Local Authority bodies, Government Agencies and Charitable Trusts as a consultant.

John has extensive Housing Association board member experience having recently completed his full term with Citizen Housing Group based in the West Midlands, he is also a member of the board at GreenSquareAccord Housing Group which operates across Wiltshire, Somerset and the West Midlands.

Now retired from employed roles John is passionate about pursuing opportunities to transform lives through mission driven organisations and is pleased to have joined the NDH Team as an Anchorwood Board member as well as a Board member of North Devon Homes.
