Nigel is an accomplished property director, chartered construction manager and strategic project manager with 38 years' experience in the built environment.

He is dedicated to high quality place making, focusing on mixed use developments and 'places for all ages'.  He brings his extensive experience and skills in feasibility, planning, negotiation, acquisition and successful delivery to the Anchorwood Board.

He has championed the cause of sustainable development for over 25 years - energy, carbon, empowerment and affordability; and has worked on strategic formulation and implementation of plans for successful place-making.

Nigel says that 'developing trust based relationships with strategic stakeholders and local developers, enablers and communities is fundamental to successful community developments.'
