North Devon Homes buys a variety of goods and services to help in the delivery of our business aims and goals. We tender for each supplier to ensure we maintain a good value for money for our services.
As part of our partnership with Advantage South West (ASW) we work in conjunction with other organisations in order to gain economies of scale and access to larger framework agreements which are similar across housing associations.
Everything we purchase as an organisation is in an ethical manner. We partner with companies over a set period after tendering for contracts and then work with that partner during the period to deliver the best service and value for money for our customers.

All companies who work for NDH will be required to complete an Approved Contractor Application Form and to confirm their agreement to comply with our Contractor Code of Conduct, which you can download below.
