Here at North Devon Homes (NDH) we believe in being open and transparent in all that we do. Our Corporate Plan is developed in consultation with customers and stakeholders and sets out our plans and the goals for the forthcoming three years. You can download our current corporate plan video below.

We are committed to achieving this vision. We aim to create a business culture which enables us to deliver this vision efficiently and effectively. Our corporate values provide a clear structure which will support us in achieving this.

How are we doing?

Every quarter we release our latest performance stats with information on how NDH are performing to customers. These stats come from customer feedback, to find out more about giving feedback please visit our Contact Us page.

We release new Financial Statements and an Annual Report to Tenants (ART) annually.

Housing Associations need to be compliant with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Code. We carry out a self-assessment each year to check that we are fully complying with what the Housing Ombudsman requires. The self assessment, and examples of learning from complaints can be found below.
