We are committed to achieving this vision. We aim to create a business culture which enables us to deliver this vision efficiently and effectively. Our corporate values provide a clear structure which will support us in achieving this.
Our five corporate values are the F.A.C.T.S.:

They set out the way we want to work with each other, our customers and our partners to deliver the following objectives:
- Me: placing customers at the heart of what we do

- My Neighbourhood: improving, supporting and developing our neighbourhoods
- My Landlord: improving and offering good value for money
How are we doing?
Every quarter we release our latest performance stats with information on how NDH is performing for customers. These stats come from customer feedback. To find out more about giving feedback, please visit our Contact Us page.

Complaints Code
Housing Associations need to be compliant with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Code. We carry out a self-assessment each year to check that we are fully complying with what the Housing Ombudsman requires. The self assessment, and examples of learning from complaints can be found below.
