About Us

North Devon Homes (NDH) is a registered charity that was opened officially in February 2000 with the transfer of homes from the local authority. We are a non-profit making housing association that seeks to provide affordable homes for people living in North Devon.

We are governed by our Board Members who are responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery of the vision “working together to create communities where people want to live”. The Executive Team manages the day-to-day business on behalf of the Board as part of “Team NDH”. Our team consists of over 130 talented staff carrying out a whole range of professions and skills from building new homes, repairing existing ones and looking after our customers and communities.
