As we move forward and the nation progresses up and down the National Covid Alert Scale set out by the Government we will align our service level with the state of the local health levels and advice set out by Government depending on our rating.

With this in mind we have put together this graphic which sets out at what national alert level we will look to reintroduce, or remove, certain services. This is a rough guide of when we will keep things under review and this does come with mitigations of the state of local health levels in the case that we differ from national guidance.

As per the Government statement on 21st September we are now at Level 4 but we will continue to review our service offer from Level 3 and keep customers updated in our Customer Update.
