Mike Victory-Rowe

Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in property asset management, with a strong focus on the social housing sector. He specialises in strategic asset management, bringing a wealth of expertise in consultancy, project delivery, and interim leadership roles.

He is the Founder and Director of Box Rocket Ltd, an asset management consultancy providing strategic advice and interim support to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and other organisations across the affordable housing sector.

Previously, Mike served as Assistant Director of Asset Management at Knightstone Housing Association, where he was responsible for leading the organisation’s strategic asset management function.

Mike is a Cub Scout Leader, volunteering his Wednesday evenings to support and mentor young people in his community.
