Debt Advice

Rent Arrears

If you are struggling to pay your rent, don’t ignore the situation.  Paying your rent is an important condition of your tenancy agreement and if you don’t take action you could end up losing your home.  Get in touch with the Income Team, let us know about your circumstances and make a reasonable arrangement to repay the debt.  Make sure you respond to any letters or phone calls from us about your rent account.

North Devon Homes - Welfare Support

Here at North Devon Homes we recognise that there are times when managing your money can be a challenge.

Our Welfare Support Officer Kirsty Boys is available to help and can provide advice, guidance and support to help ensure you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to and identify the best ways for you to manage your income and expenditure.  To book an appointment with Kirsty please call the Income Team on 01271 312500.

Who is the Income Recovery Officer for my area?
