Our Customer Summer Fayre is a fun packed day for North Devon Homes customers and their families. There will lots of great entertainment to enjoy including a petting farm, photobooth, donkey rides, climbing wall, giant inflatable jungle run, bungee run and lots of stalls. You'll also get the chance to meet our new NDH mascot and give him a name!
The event is free to attend for all our customers and your entry pack will include a picnic lunch and vouchers for activities making this a really great day out. Please note a picnic lunch is available for all tenants and up to 3 guests per tenant only. Other guests are welcome to join without a picnic lunch. For example, a family of four tenants of NDH can bring up to 12 guests who can have a picnic lunch but additional guests will be for activities only.
Please note there may be age, height or weight restrictions on some activities.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is limited parking at the venue which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Alternative parking is available at Fair View car park.
If you require disabled parking, please confirm this when you complete your registration form. Please remember to display your disabled parking badge.
We offer a free bus from various locations in Barnstaple, South Molton, Ilfracombe and Braunton.
What can I bring into the event?
You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. A picnic lunch, including a pasty, sausage roll or salad box and a snack will be provided free of charge for those who order in advance. Please do not bring alcohol.
When is the deadline for bookings?
Please book by 5pm on Tuesday 23rd July 2019 if you would like transport or food provided.
If you would like to attend the event and have not booked your place by Tuesday 23rd July at 5pm, on arrival please see our staff on the desks at the entrance to the Rugby Club who will complete your registration with you.
How many people can I bring?
Our event is free for NDH customers, each person in the household can bring up to 3 non-tenant guests with them including children. So for example a family of 3 living in an NDH property can bring up to 9 guests.If you'd like to bring more people than this, you are welcome to but food will only be available for those within the limits.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to print your tickets. You will receive an email confirming your registration please save this on your phone and present it at the registration desks on the day when you arrive.
