Today, 1st April 2019 marks the 10 year anniversary of the set up of our Customer Care Team. Back in 2009 the team was created to help streamline our processes between team to team. Before that we publicised various phone numbers depending on the reason for you call, which was confusing for customers and for staff when issues they had no information on came in. By creating one central team we were able to provide a team of informed staff members who had a knowledge of the whole business and were able to deal with enquiries from start to finish, which also then assisted other team workloads.
Allison Bird, our CCT Manager, came in to start the team and she’s been here ever since. With 42 members of the team throughout the years and a team of 12 strong currently they deal with all sorts of enquiries from customers every day.
Below we take a look at just what the CCT team have achieved over the last ten years for our customers and we cannot wait to see what the next 10 years looks like for our team.
