Our blog follows the progress of Development & Regeneration Schemes being undertaken by North Devon Homes within the North Devon area. Currently these schemes include regeneration of Lamaton Park in South Molton, new build homes at Gorwell, redevelopment of various garages sites and the regeneration of Anchorwood Bank.
We are delighted to announce that progress at our development on Taw Wharf is progressing apace.
The timber frames and roof coverings to plots 14-18 are now complete. The superstructure to plots 19-20 are nearing first floor height.
The steel frame and concrete planks to block C are complete and the lift has been tanked with block work to ground level.
The superstructure is being built to the 4th floor of block D.
We are pleased to announce that Pearce Construction are progressing quickly on this development.
The internal decorations to plots 55 and 56 are now complete and the roof tiling to plots 73 and 74 are complete.
These properties are quickly taking shape, with snagging taking place in mid October. The shared ownership properties are due to be handed over in late October.
We are pleased to announce that works at Jordan Close are progressing quickly.
The first fix plumbing to plot 1 is now complete and the first fix carpentry and electrics is currently on going.
Plot 2 is quickly taking shape. The second fix carpentry is now complete and the second fix electrics is currently under way.
The internal decoration to plot 3 is now complete and the ceramic tiling is due to commence in early October.

Block A and B are really starting to take shape. The roof trusses are on going and a crane is due to lift the roof sections into position.
Block C is awaiting scaffolding and the frames are due to commence late October.

The scaffold is on going to Block A and the construction of the timber frames are due to commence on the 23rd July 2018. The block and beam is now complete to Block B and is on going to Block C.
