Customer Board Partnership (CBP)

Customers at the heart of our business working with our Board and Directors

Our Customer Board Partnership is a limited group of involved customers who meet every 8 weeks with members of the Board and Executive Team of North Devon Homes. They are joined throughout the day by various members of Team NDH to discuss topics ongoing in the business.

CBP is about putting customers at the heart of the business and giving them sight of everything going on that affects customers. They help to co-design policy, feedback from customers they have spoken with in the last 8 weeks and work with the team to strategize on the ongoing work for the next 8 weeks.
