Customers involved in the review and scrutiny of our processes, procedures and policies

Our Scrutiny Panel is a small friendly customer-based panel that takes a deep dive into areas of the business. The panel review policies and strategies and then make recommendations on things we could change to improve the customer experience.

The co-design of these policies and changes is then reviewed by C90 before sign off and implementation. Covering all areas of the business these monthly evening meetings usually involve a report or presentation by a member of Team NDH followed by discussion by the panel and actions formed to come back to the next meeting for review.

These panel reviews by our customers are vital in helping us shape our strategy and helping make decisions across the business.
