I/We understand that if any information given is found to be untrue or misleading, any transfer or amendment of this tenancy will be cancelled immediately.

Please note that an inspection of the above property may be made prior to commencement of this request.

NB: If the change involves removing a current tenant from the tenancy agreement then an assignment document will need to be signed by all parties. Tenancy changes will be completed within 28 days of the submission of this form and all required documentation.
