As a tenant you may be eligible to buy your home at a discounted price under either the Preserved Right to Buy (PRTB) or the Right to Acquire (RTA) schemes.
Preserved Right to Buy
The Preserved Right To Buy is a right that is held by tenants that transferred to us from North Devon District Council and have remained with us ever since (you do not need to be in the same property still).
Right to Acquire
If your tenancy began with North Devon Homes or any other public sector landlord then you may be eligible for the Right to Acquire (please note that homes within a rural location are excluded from the Right To Acquire).
